About the Author
Chuck Goetschel was an NCAA Division I collegiate swimmer and Olympic Trials competitor, a six-year professional triathlete and currently is an ultramarathoner who regularly competes in 100-mile-plus national endurance running events. At an early age, Chuck discovered the importance of personal development and its relationship to self-awareness, achieving goals and reaching dreams. Aside from a two-week stint delivering for Domino s Pizza, Chuck has been a career entrepreneur. For more than 20 years, he's been an icon in the personal development and life-coaching field. After mentoring hundreds of people, developing leadership and networking-based communities by the thousands and speaking around the globe to stadium-filled audiences, Chuck has touched the lives of millions. As a result, Chuck had achieved that which Simon would deem to be very successful. He had a family, financial independence and an amazing lifestyle. He worked hard for it. However, in the blink of an eye, it all came crumbling down. He lost everything including most all semblance of his life. Highly Recommend!

I highly recommend Simon Says. Chuck takes you through easy to follow dialogs and inserts his own loveable stories and pieces together a personalized plan that gets you out of the "Simon Says" trappings of the world. I am an Aerospace Engineer and liked the information so much I bought a copy for my son in college studying Music; he said it was a fun book to read. It was a very easy read, but challenges you to develop a plan that is specific to your dreams and desires. Chuck has great leadership wisdom to share through his stories. He is a great communicator to be able to write his thoughts about a situation that happened to him or someone close to him so that you can relate or understand the emotion that was being felt during that particular instance. Thank you Chuck for helping me realize that we don't always have to follow what "Simon Says".

Passionate and inspiring writing!!

This is by far the best book I've ever read. Because of it, and Chuck's way of empowerment, I've discovered my purpose, my passion, my cause, and have since then acted upon it!
After a hit and run drunk driving crash in Ogden Utah on June 12th 2009, by an active duty airman who was overserved at the Non Commishened Officers Club on Hill Airforce Base, I was left for dead. My life changed in that minute. After hours of emergency brain surgery, and waking from my coma I was left with a Severe Traumtic Brain Injury.
The military wasn't held liable, where a bar or restaurant located off base would have been. DOUBLE STANDARD!!
I've taken on the DOJ to Save Lives by Changing Laws and expose this double standard. No more sending "loaded" weapons off military bases throughout our country putting entire communities at risk with no risk, no monetary damage, no hardship, no liability at all to the DOJ.
Thank you so much Chuck! With your inspiration, wisdom, honesty and passion, we're saving lives together!!!

Chuck has done something incredibly valuable with this book: he's compiled a flawless approach to considering the most important topic to anyone who wants to live a great and fulfilling life, their purpose! It's a manual, a motivation talk, a place to reflect, a steadfast mentor and a gift! Chucks life experiences, stories and incredibly poignant insights are so thoughtfully shared, I think he's become the most relatable author on this subject I've ever had the pleasure of reading. I not only highly recommend this book, I recommend reading it regularly on your journey and keeping your own notebook along side of it. Thank you, Chuck! Thank you!
