It works if you work it.

This is well thought out and planned.
I am no stranger to the concept of 12 steps and the work that needs to be done to bring about change.
I did not purchase the Paths to Recovery book, but am using the Al Anon 12 & 12, per recommendation of my sponsor. Any part of this that refers the P2R book, I just skipped.
I find the question and answer format of this workbook easy to use. The questions are very in-depth and require thought to respond. There is certainly enough room to write as much or as little in answer to the question.
I found this workbook to be a great tool in recovery from association with any person with the disease of addiction. Though I did my own work years ago, I found this to be a wonderful way to do some serious house cleaning in regard to the emotional damage of living with an addict.
I highly recommend this book for anyone who has ever loved someone dealing with the disease of addiction/alcoholism.
