All my life in Azeroth, Ive eaten many virtual meals. Now ive brought it home, the meals are easily explained, and has a listing for its specific dietary needs people. Gluten free, vegetarian. This cookbook is a must for the diehard WoW fans and Chefs alike. Now order, and go fourth, becoming a Master Chef. You can't be any worse than Nomi.

I cooked the Buzzard Bites tonight for my Husband, Son and I. Absolutely amazing! Tasted so good and my son loved it! My husband loved it and i deff loved it :) I will say, It is listed as a "side" and it tells you it would pair well with a Cheesy Pasta, DEFF make the pasta, By themselves they are tasty but can be a tad overwhelming after a couple of them.

I will be making the Meat Pie tomorrow! So im super excited for this. I will also update and post a picture of it as well!

Enjoy guys and i hope you it goes better for you than poor Nomi! (My husband told me if i burnt any of it my new nickname would be Nomi, Womp

In the nineteenth century, access to novel forms of entertainment, such as the circus, and newspapers, which offered a new language of representation and criticism, wrought fundamental changes in theatrical, musical, and choreographic practices. Musical drama disseminated print literature to largely illiterate audiences starting in the 1870s, and spoken drama in the 1920s became a vehicle for exploring social issues. Twentieth-century institutions―including night fairs, the recording industry, schools, itinerant theatre, churches, cabarets, round-the-world cruises, and amusement parks―generated new ways of making, consuming, and comprehending the performing arts. Concerned over the loss of tradition and "Eastern" values, elites codified folk arts, established cultural preservation associations, and experimented in modern stagings of ancient stories. Urban nationalists excavated the past and amalgamated ethnic cultures in dramatic productions that imagined the Indonesian nation. The Japanese occupation (1942–1945) was brief but significant in cultural impact: plays, songs, and dances promoting anti-imperialism, Asian values, and war-time austerity measures were created by Indonesian intellectuals and artists in collaboration with Japanese and Korean civilian and military personnel. Artists were registered, playscripts censored, training programs developed, and a Cultural Center established.

Based on more than two decades of archival study in Indonesia, Europe, and the United States, this richly detailed, meticulously researched book demonstrates that traditional and modern artistic forms were created and conceived, that is "invented," in tandem. Intended as a general historical introduction to the performing arts in Indonesia, it will be of great interest to students and scholars of Indonesian performance, Asian traditions and modernities, global arts and culture, and local heritage.

The most powerful piece of literature I've ever read!!

If you are new to the ancient wisdom about which Vernon Howard writes, then your decision to read his writings may be THE MOST IMPORTANT DECISION you will ever make. You have stumbled upon a source of wisdom that will ACTUALLY begin to transform your life and your experience of it.

If you're the kind of person who suspects that there's something very important that has yet to be understood about this life of ours, then you will most likely treasure this book for the rest of your life.

It's now been about 6 years since I came across this book, and I owe Mr. Howard such an unpayable debt of gratitude. I used to walk around throughout my day with a kind of unsettled, simmering anxiety (not to mention facing the major crises every once in a while that we are all accustomed to experiencing). I couldn't tell what exactly it was about, and I was an expert at hiding it, but it was there day, after day, after day.

This book has ACTUALLY changed all that. The curious thing is that I couldn't possibly tell you when or where a part of me changed, all I know is that something is fantastically different thanks to the life-saving wisdom in Mr. Howards writings.

The change has been much like moving from black-and-white TV to color! The beauty of life is back! Now, am I a fancy-shmancy spiritually enlightened man who "has arrived"? Well, I don't think so because I know there's still lots of work to be done. But what I DO know is that for those of us who have lost touch with the "sweetness" of life, there is an ACTUAL, REAL, LIVING WISDOM that will help you to rediscover it. I guarantee it!

I wish I could be there to give you whatever reassurance you need to order this book. I say this because very few people have the good fortune of stumbling upon the very thing that their heart calls out for... but right now, for whatever the reasons, you're one of them. I hope you will give it a try.

Wow.... I can't believe it's been 14 years since I wrote the original review. Amazing.

I can tell you, after these 14 years of ongoing study, that everything I wrote in my original review is 100% accurate. Except that it goes much, much deeper than what I described. There's so much more that you stand to discover. More than any words will ever convey. It still amazes me how, every single day, new insights and revelations keep pouring down. Not to mention the astonishing experiences you will eventually go through.

One of the people who recently posted comments on my review said he (or she) found it odd how so many of the reviews for Vernon Howard's books seem to contain vague praise with very few specific details.

So I figured I'd go ahead and give some of the specific benefits one might experience as a result of working with these ideas. Obviously I can't say for certain what you will experience. After all, you're here to explore your own unique part of the kingdom. But what I can do is report what I've seen through my own interior work.

So here they are in no particular order:

1) You'll finally know, without the slightest bit of doubt, the real purpose for being a human being... including the shocking (and liberating) realization that it has nothing to do with *ANY* goal or pursuit you will find in the world around you, even though every goal and pursuit in the world around you secretly serves this one Principal Purpose.

2) You'll never again feel confused or bewildered by ANY difficult moment you encounter in life.

3) You'll discover a faculty within you that gives you direct access to world upon world of spiritual wisdom. A faculty that makes it not only unnecessary, but completely counter-productive to try to store up a vast collection of spiritual knowledge in order to know the right thing to do. The more you understand these ideas, the more you will find it completely unnecessary to store even so much as one ounce of spiritual knowledge. In short, you'll discover a living wisdom that gradually replaces your storehouse of memorized ideas. Some people will think I've contradicted myself here. There is no contradiction. Understanding these ideas has nothing to do with storing up knowledge about them. *Real* understanding is entirely outside of thought and memory.

4) You'll know why it is that if you hate even so much as one other person, you secretly hate all people, including yourself.

5) You'll finally know the one and only cause behind all punishing interior conditions -- such as depression, anxiety, fear, guilt, resentment, anger, jealousy, loneliness, etc. -- and what it takes to transform them.

6) You'll have firsthand encounters with revelations and experiences so sublime, you wouldn't trade your life with any other person on the planet.

7) You'll discover that your efforts to "change yourself" have secretly kept alive and strengthened the very things you're struggling to overcome. And at the exact same instant you will understand the unthinkable new action that is required of you if they are ever to change.

8) As you work to reclaim your attention -- one of the crucial faculties you'll spend years working on -- you'll find that something as simple as driving your car or walking into a grocery store will pour meaning into you in ways you would have never dreamed possible. I realize how silly that sounds. After all, who cares about the experience of walking into a grocery store? I assure you.... one day, *you* will.

9) How about being one of the only people at the party who's just as happy when it ends as he is when it begins?

10) You'll know the one simple action that fulfills the whole of your life, moment-to-moment.

11) You'll know why a human being can't be said to be truly alive until he knows what it means to truly die.

12) You'll know why authentic forgiveness is 100% effortless, and how it's possible to change your past through new understanding. I don't mean changing the physical events that took place. That would be silly. I mean changing the *nature* of what was done to you (or what you did to others). I mean finding complete freedom from any terrible things you've done in the past... and from any terrible things that were done to you.

13) You'll know why any form of happiness that depends on external conditions for its continuation will always sow the seed of sorrow. No more postponed happiness. It's *literally* now or never. And you'll know why.

14) You'll experience the joy of sitting all by yourself in a restaurant, or at the DMV -- without the comforting distraction of your SmartPhone or the book or the magazine -- and having the time of your life with nothing more than your own company.

15) You'll make the shocking discovery that for years, you've not had one single pure, untainted relationship with any other human being, let alone with the whole of life. And through this one honest admission will come everything you need to know to re-discover that splash-in-the-face aliveness of real relationship.

These are just a few of the new possibilities that await you. There are countless others.

Wonderful book

I searched for years for something real. I read all the so-called spiritual and mystic books. After reading Vernon Howard, who explains my personal mental condition so well, all other books ever written pale by comparison. All his books are marvelous. Now, I get bored reading anyone else, because I sense the author really knows nothing. I can't believe this previous reviewer was so far off the mark. He said this book "depressed" him, that it didn't reveal anything new to him. He doesn't know what he's saying. Do what I did: Buy this book and READ it. You will be grateful you did. Every page is chockfull of new things to learn, about your mind and about your life. Your mind IS your life. Vernon Howard helped me start to break out of my rock-hard, conditioned neurosis. He tells me what's running my life, and how to get rid of it, so I can begin living life the way I was meant to - as a free, happy, relaxed human being. Buy this book. You will be astonished at what you'll learn. Also, I've attended some Vernon Howard classes, conducted nationwide by a nonprofit group dedicated to his amazing teachings. These classes are great; very relaxed, casual, nothing to join, and a lot of FUN.
